This is beyong bad!

I wasn't expecting 'Stranded' to be great but honestly this is one of those movies that was better not made. Christian Slater has just shot himself in the foot yet again. Does he actually want to act? Seems to be just going for a paycheck these days.

Back to the movie. The external scenes of the moon base are so bad it beggars belief. Instantly recognizable as the cheapest of models it immediately sets the tone of the film and it just get's worse from there.

I was going to go into depth about how bad this film was but it's probably enough to say they used cheap pop up kindle lights for communication devices and iphones for door security? nuff said I think.

Okay, did anyone else think of the monster baby from Larry Cohen's 1970's "It's Alive" movies when they saw the demon tyke attack that lady?

I did! And, I instantly wanted Bernard Hermann's score to pop up!

That's way too kind. I was thinking Norman J. Warren's "Inseminoid" -- the movie that makes "Plan 9 from Outer Space" look like "Citizen Kane"

The woeful models - ok they couldnt afford CGI but I used to make better models when I was 17.

As soon as I saw the first model sequence I knew what was coming.

Why do they even make movies like this?

Funny how people concentrate on a typo instead of addressing the dire nature of the movie itself?

It's always the same, they have nothing intelligent to share therefore they fall back to trying to feel superior by pointing out mistakes in grammar or spelling when the gist of the message is clear.
Quite sad actually, considering many of those mistakes are made by non english speakers yet those correcting them probably don't know anything other than english themselves.

I laugh in the face of danger, then I hide until it goes away.
