Coming-of-age film for 30-somethings? Other similar films?

Haven't seen it, trailer looks good, looks like a coming-of-age movie for 30-something (29-something) people who are late-bloomers or falling behind.

Can anyone think of any other coming-of-age films like this, with older people "coming of age"?

I call these types of films quarter-life crisis dramedies (as they are usually comedy/drama) for people past college age, and up to early 30s.

One of the best of this genre recently is Liberal Arts.

Of course, don't forget The Graduate, the best of them all.

If that's what the writers were intending, then they flopped massively. Someone submitted her article for her and she wins, leading to a job offer back while she dicks around. That would be a horrible message to send to those experiencing a similar real life situation; things won't just fall into place for you while you wait.

Laggies - I really enjoyed that one.

There's the original Lifeguard (1977, I think), that has Sam Elliott as a beach lifeguard in his 30's. He loves his job, but realizes he's getting old, and is getting pressure from his peers and parents about 'growing up' and 'getting a REAL job'.
