When The Raid 3 be filmed?
It did look like fans of franchise must wait until 2020-2021 to watch the third film (according to Gareth Evans, it will be ending film of franchise)
According to some rumors, because The Raid 2 unperformed at box office, director Gareth Evans met troubles in finding budget fund for the third film
He never talks about that aspect in interviews, I guess for obvious reasons. I wish he'd be snapped up for an Avengers film to get a hit out there.

Whether it was a conscious decision or not, moving back to UK felt like a closing chapter on that franchise – we ended the story pretty neatly (I feel) in Part 2.
If they can top The Raid 2, then a third entry should be made. NOW!
But it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Evans has already said that a third film is unlikely since he thought this sequel ended on a perfect note (plus he wants to focus on different things), so I wouldn’t get my hopes up. I personally would welcome a Raid 3 (I want it), however if there’s little to no chance we’ll be getting another entry, then to be frank the series’ conclusion was satisfactory to me.
