way too corny with horrible kiddish dialogue. Yes i know the original show had some of this but not to this degree. The fighting wasn't epic at all, i mean when Goku would go SS3 the entire earth would shake and people would run in terror but here there was little explosions/destruction like we're all used to with DBZ. Mystic Gohan was an extreme disappointment with his brief moment in the movie. Are you telling me he could get knocked out that easily?? I highly doubt that. Also didn't like they didn't put in some of the American funimation original music, it's a heck of alot better than the Japanese stuff. All in all i know it was a fan service movie but that doesnt mean you have to make the movie borderline terrible.

I got into DBZ during the Freiza saga, I never watched much of dragonball. I remember that the music MADE the show when I was kid. Vegeta had by far the best backround music when he was kicking ass. This japanese music ruins it for me. I was secretly hoping they would alter the american dub and maybe use some of that music, but I knew better. Overall, the movie was a huge let down for me

agreed it was a huge letdown. Only thing i enjoyed was the fact it was DBZ on the big screen and hearing the old voices again but it was retarded dialogue

How can the original music ruin with show if it is the ORIGINAL music and how it was ORIGINALLY intended to be? Funimation Americanized the f out of dbz first with the Ocean dub and then with Bruce Falcouner's Rock background music.
After anime became more popular in the United States Funimation released the box sets and the Dragonboxes with the original Japanese audio. This is how dbz sounds whether you like it or not. What Funimation did was like taking a piece of art and changing it around to where it's not like the artist originally designed it.
I'm sorry but you cannot be a true dbz fan if you think the original music ruins the show.

Get your head out of the sand, Dragon Ball Z is a Japanese product and this film was a way to bring back all the nostalgic moments in one film altogether which you obviously didn't appreciate as you're stuck up with the outdated FUNimation-fied version.

American music? Is that a joke? You're funny.

It didn't feel like a dragon ball z movie at all. I could recognize none of the characters. This movie freaking sucks. I even hate the animation. I consider dbz fusion reborn to be the best dbz movie!

Well then you must have never watched DBZ in your life before. As for the other thing the animation was good for a DBZ film , did you actually watched this movie or just the trailer?

You should not watch dbz then Krillin was the only one I had a little trouble but not much

It did include more humor than I expected, even from the "villains" in comparison to the more serious villains of the Z series. Which probably explains why their next film was about bringing back Frieza.

I still enjoyed it, though. Just a fun nostalgia trip like INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL.
