Should of been more like 'Casino'

Since they brought in "Vic Mackey" I was thinking/hoping he'd be the same as in "The Shield." Totally ruthless. And if not him, he needed his own "Joe Pesci" as the muscle.

I think it's the fault of the network? If this had been FX or HBO it would have been like that.
