Is it hand-drawn, or cel-shaded cg?

If the french wikipedia page of the movie is correct, most of it is hand-drawn animation, with the exception of the vehicles and some other objects being CG. Basically, it has been made like most of the traditional animation movies of the past 15 years, but with a very tight budget.
