Great series, but I did have to laugh at Silva's bad teeth. I would expect by the 26th century, orthodontics and dentistry would be a thing of the past.... Not looking for a serious discussion, just something I noticed.

Yes you are correct but I thought initially she was probably mid west hill billy God Fearing trailer trash. I suppose she could have them all taken out and hammered back in to look perfect. Much cheaper than curing the diseases caused by keeping your head up your anal passage.
I did think the tale was quite good having seen all the Starship trooper movies and the cgi was enjoyable.

Well as the op sees the world through stereotypes that must mean that as a yank he's a fat uneducated (not a stereotype in his case) reddneck.
And given how Americans teeth aren't that good unless they've had so much surgery because they're on tv we can all know his are worse unless he's willing to post a picture to prove he had better teeth.

Brits don't have bad teeth. We've had dentistry long before America. If you look at any one of our big stars you'll see they've got their teeth straightened and whitened just as much as any of your American stars so do stop with the stereotype baiting.
And I do notice that when Americans who aren't millionaires and can afford constant dental care (i.e. anyone who isn't on TV or in Films and is loaded) is allowed to be on TV then their teeth aren't that great! See Jerry Springer, Cops, Cheaters and anymore trash tv we're afflicted with on our screens. You get our best shows, we get your rather mixed bag of some great and most shockingly bad!
