Strong scene, Jude Laws acting is amazing in the beginning scene along with the sad tune which makes it very emotional to watch. Him watching his wife and son.

"Strong scene."?!
This scene was my first warning sign of how dull and unimaginative this film is proving (I'm still yet to finish it) to be.
'Broke, divorced, down on his luck, when-you-got-nothin-you-got-nothin-to-lose burn out.' What a cliche.
Nothing original or indeed 'strong' to see here. You could see the same scene in an episode of The Office and at least find it amusing. x
Amusing doesn't equal strong, Adam Sandler slamming crap in to a box while making noises like a child would not be nominated for an Oscar. Or even be amusing for that matter.
