WHY THEY RUIN THE MOVIE WITH TWO IDIOTS TALKING CRAP?

Ok, i understand, that the movie was in trouble, but jesus, is this a way, how to fix a movie? The trailer looks cool and what i saw from the "two idiots version" the rest wasnt that bad. I mean, every week i saw many bad horor movies. Much worse than this. For me, is much honest way to produce a bad or mediocre horor movie, than made unfinished product with two idiots who are talking crap.

What you are saying is: with enough money, they maybe could have turned the raw material into one of those mediocre run-of-the-mill horror-B-films.

Maybe you are right. But the production company (After Dark) works on very limited budgets, and as they seem to have had no working supervision procedures in place, their on-location-guy blew the budget and the production imploded.

As you have seen from the footage, the post-production had not been done yet, and there are some scenes actually missing. I think the kind of money needed to turn this around, as you suggest, was just not available for the production company. They reportedly also were sort of shell-shocked about what had happened with their employee going rogue and all.... and they were likely in no shape to hustle up any additional financial backers.
The solution you have seen was chosen because comedians work cheap; and because the premise (scenario) in this solution does allow you to leave all the previous footage in raw condition (no post-production; no costly attempts at (re-)filming missing scenes).
It would have worked better if someone at the production company had not decided to cut out part of the jokes!

Biggest problem is that the film is still being marketed as horror, instead of horror comedy. The production company seems to be unwilling (or unable) to spend even another dime on re-cutting the trailers or re-printing promotional material (re-designing posters, etc.).
