nonsensical plot (SPOILERS!)

(SPOILERS) The ending rushes by but makes no sense. How did the old lady get her hands on the painting? We have no idea. Would the murderer really have trusted an insulin injection to silence someone? And why did she murder the guy with the painting simply because he backed out of the deal? Really, I'd do better to watch an old episode of Murder She wrote than this contrived and unconvincing, half-baked "mystery,"

I agree, very stupid plot.

In all of the movies, most of the characters act very stupidly, it's so annoying to watch, and the fault is with the writer.

One example, in this movie; after the police husband learns that the slimy host of the antique show lied and used another person for an alibi, he doesn't do anything right away, he doesn't go and try to arrest him for a questioning, he only does that after the poor poor writer of the movie script has positioned other characters favorably regarding the plot. It's bad writing and it makes the characters and story look bad, and ultimately annoys the viewer.

It's not that bad if it happens only few times, very rarely scripts are "airtight", but with these subpar movies, there's just too much of these script/plot/character problems.

I hated the main character Erica Falck, she was so annoying in every movie. There wasn't even a single thing that I liked about her, nothing, pure b.itch. In the end, with the last 2 movies, I disliked her so much that I got very annoyed when I only saw the actress playing the character.

I hoped that the movies would improve but no, all 6 sucked hard.
