I dont know if anyone has seen the British Gerry Anderson puppet series called 'Supercar' from 1962 but the character 'Mike Mercury' looks and talks just like George Bligh. Check it out LOL!!

The eyebrows are a bit much... but the nose is right on. Speaking of noses, what do you think the baby's nose will look like given that he has George for a father and Sarah for a mother!
