I watched this film with poorly translated subtitles. Can someone explain the gossip regarding Ms. Hussa and the "thief"? From what I can gauge, she had sex with a man but claimed it was rape to not expose immorality?

As I recall her lover came to her home to visit her and was caught by her father, who assumed he was a thief. She went along with the misunderstanding (presumably to protect herself from the consequences of having a lover) so he ended up in prison.
