My god, the sound editing!...

For the most part I enjoyed this film. Not terribly exciting but solid performances from solid actors and a good, socially valid storyline. I could not however, get myself past the horrible, horrible sound editing of EVERY SINGLE vehicle in the movie. Cop cars, police SUVs, GMC Yukon Denali, Toyota 4Runner... all edited to sound like Subaru 4 cylinders. Even a police Crown Vic "revved up and popped the clutch" like an 89 Hyundai Excel. I know it's trivial but it seriously almost gave me downs.
