...banning this (as the BBFC just did) serves no purpose.

Even as a fan of small indie horror films up until now I had no idea that this film even existed until now. I'm willing to bet that applies to a lot of people. So all they succeeded in doing is making it available to a wider audience.

If it had been released normally no one would have cared.

I'll feel sorry for the people that seek out this film because they believe it's deep or intense. It is bad but not in the way you'd hope. Bad acting, directing, sound, camera work.. it's a piece of trash alright. Don't believe or buy into the banned hype!
