Just a bad movie. The most interesting part was the written forward. At 40 minutes in I called the weather line. That's how bored I was. The part that pisses me off is that it could have been an ok movie. Maybe a tad predictable, but ok. But nope, it just reeks on so many levels... You've been warned!

I agree with you, they focused too much on CGI (which sucked anyway) instead of characters and plot...

What's more sad is, compared to the last couple of movies I've watched (Paranormal Retreat, Haunting at the Majestic, and especially 1972 Yellow House), this movie seemed like it was made by Hitchcock!
It was far from being absolute crap (it was pretty bad, though) but it definitely felt like a disappointment.
