Dialect/Accent question

Hello guys, I am not a native English speaker and I have a question, hopefully you can shed some light here: what is this accent people on the show have? It is a Liverpool accent? I almost can't make out what they are saying, while I understand the British English perfectly.

I'm from UK but I have to wear headphones, not just for accent,but speech is very mumbled at times, not a good soundtrack.
