shareKeaton was sorta of an inspired choice. I mean... it's Batman! And Birdman! I don't know about you, but that's super cool (I'm with Spidey all the way though). But yes, it's no question he's capable of shining in this type of role.

Keaton is old, but still looks like he could take care of himself in a fight, so I think he works.

shareActually, the thinking was more like: in Birdman it was considered meta because Keaton played Batman since Birdman is about a washed up former superhero. Now it's double meta because he played a bird man. Plus Keaton is old and baldish just like Vulture. So it was perfect casting IMO.
