This was the final season, folks. Showtime canned it today. So it ends with Mickey revealed as the shitbag he’s been all along. At least we get closure on what happened to Ray’s sister. Brig’ is single again! But what did Terry do at the Empire State Building?

The Terry bit wasn't handled well. I think he thought he was gonna jump from the Empire State Building, which you have to be Spider-Man to climb that fence they have up there. But then he was so awe struck by the beauty of the world he changed his mind. It wasn't ever directly addressed.
