Episode 2

It seems to be something like a brain tumor. She is apparently having visions, and also hearing sounds that are not there. I think it's related to the car crash precipitated by Ray being startled by a near(damn! not near enough!)-nude Lilly Simmons running in front of the car. Lilly's character is now Ray's client. My unfortunate belief is that we are not going to learn for sure what killed Abby until the final episode, and that frosts my ass. It's like the show runners admitting that they are not clever enough to keep us engaged with the sheer flow of the narrative. I don't think I'm alone among the audience in liking Abby, and the show runners are, like, "The story we have this season blows dead leprechauns, so we're not gonna tell you what Abby died from. Na-na-nana-na-na! We're not gonna tell you!!"

And then they get the shit kicked out of them on the playground after school is closed 😈
