If you mean Bill Primm's mother, then I believe yes. Because Bunch said that Mickey killed everyone and that it was a "bloodbath".

No way of knowing but I don't believe they did. Mickey told Buffalo Bill he wouldn't hurt her and also Mickey thinks she is a mute...but she's not. I think it will come back to bite him later on.
