The Portrait of a Man
There's a portrait of a man in Louis and Wyatt's living room that looks very similar to a portrait in Will Truman's apartment. Is it the same one?

shareSame creators and writers and I think the same producer/director so it may very well be the same portrait.
Save a horse, ride a cowboy.
Looks indeed like the same painting (or a copy of it).
Incidentally it was donated, as part of a large collection of props/scripts and other W&G memorabilia, to the Smithsonian last year. http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/tv/2014/08/19/will-and-grace-make-it-to-the-smithsonian/14287475/
Can't find an official name for the painting or the artist tho...
I am absolutely certain it is the same portrait. I loved seeing it in Will and Grace, and was happily surprised to see it once again! No question in my mind, whatsoever.
shareI think it was also used in The Birdcage. It may be a gay icon, or maybe by a gay artist. I dunno.
