my son worked with
the Hutterites at a school function when we lived in Montana. Not sure if it was this colony. But, they were mean people making fun of everyone that was not like them. Really nasty people.

i don't know any of them personally but they seem really mean to each other.,
making jokes and scoffing at wesley after his heart problems, carver's fighting at school and getting thrown out and the money boss being so nasty when anyone asks for anything are not indications to me that they're nice people.
So are they like the amish or mennonites where they don't believe in electricity or modern technology? One espisode and the girl is texting and on facebook and is basically more of a heathen than most people they would consider are ungodly that arent in their colony.
shareI dont' think they really have excellent social skills. I mean, they're pretty much a self-contained colony and they rarely have interactions with the "english".
