You are aware that a cold sore is caused by the herpes simplex virus but is not the same thing genital herpes, right? Someone who has a cold sore does not necessarily have genital herpes. Someone who has a cold sore is not necessarily a "skank" as you so eloquently put it either.

Cold sores are easy to contract and no sexual contact is needed. They're especially prevalent in communities with shared amenities like restrooms and drinking fountains. Unless you live in a hermetically sealed environment, you're at risk to get one yourself which would, by your logic, make you a skank as well.

And by the way, the word is Canadian, not "canadien". It's a proper noun.
