What did I just watch?

Honestly, I don't even know what this was. It seemed to be a series of random poorly animated jungle scenes involving dinosaurs who talk to us with their thoughts, but not to any of the other characters within the movie. Most of the scene could have a myriad of different voice overs. It looks like they just animated about 90 mins worth of material and just voiced over a story on top of that.

It looked like garbage, it sounded like garbage, the voices were annoying, and the whole thing was a waste of time...
