Patronizing the viewer

I'm watching the documentary as I'm typing this but why, why WHY are there acted scenes of what interviewees ARE ACTUALLY DESCRIBING!

The stark interviews are awful enough without a childish and fake visual? I'll complete the watch out of respect but Holy Mother this powerful story deserved something more than this cheap and saccharine approach.
