Who wants to watch a film about a team whose winning streak is snapped?! It's much more interesting to watch a movie about the team that snapped the Sallies' streak. They are the Wolverines and these days, much more successful than their college counterpart in Michigan.

shareBellevue High is considered to be a much better school academically than De La Salle and it is a football powerhouse. Of course it is a much better subject for a film.

shareYeah the adversity of a bunch of entitled brats finally having to deal with defeat. High school football players lose games. Cry me a river.

Yea, i disagree.
Adversity isn't losing 2 games after a 151-win streak, mostly because the team's 2 star players graduated.
That's the furthest from adversity than i could possibly imagine.
