It does seem to me like she has facial features similar to those with certain mental disorders, and she does in fact have some sort of speech issue. I can't tell if that's the character or the actor though. I like this show EXCEPT for her. She's unsettling.

I don't get it. If I was the actress in this post, I'd be upset if people thought I had a mental disorder because I wasn't perfect looking. That view of life is rather gross.
Why would a person with Downs Syndrome be working at an animal hospital anyway? I would think a medical degree would be hard to come by for a person with DS, maybe I am wrong.
