Why would anyone want to believe

and have faith in such tyrannical God? The tales that we get to see, it's on the scale of Lord of the rings/harry potter but not nearly as entertaining though.

Such a shame that grown ups in this day and age believe this. Its clear to see the motives of the religion.

a) make people behave
b) unite a group/ethnic people

I have no sig.

Jesus is our Lord and our God. I have God's spirit living within me and I have received The Holy Spirit.

Jesus is above all, my Lord and Savior. He died for me and I live my life for Him.

reply

Jesus is NOT GOD!

reply

But he is a hell of a cook.

I take it you belong to one of the few non trinitarian christian sects?

So, do you honestly not expect people to look these passages up and see that they are pulled out of context and mean something totally different when you read the paragraphs you pulled them from?

reply

Actually, honey, the meaning doesn't totally change when you read more of the myth. Only someone who lacks both education and critical thinking skills would think that.

reply

Actually you're WRONG. The scriptures I posted are IN CONTEXT the ones Christians use to "prove" "jesus is God" are OUT OF CONTEXT

reply

If you think God's tyrannical, then you haven't understood existence yet.

What makes you think that our God is tyrannical? God shows his grace and power and gives us free will. Yes this series depicted the battles and action and that is their fault. Are you seriously going to believe a tv show of a false representation of God and Jesus alike?

reply

All the Bible stories can be interpreted differently.

Growns ups? Then obviously you are still a toddler haha!! No serious you are? Next?
