Leviticus 20:13

If a man has sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman, the two of them have committed an abomination. They must be put to death; their blood guilt is on themselves.

Leviticus 18:22

You must not have sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman; it is a detestable act.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10

Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived! The sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, passive homosexual partners, practicing homosexuals, thieves, the greedy, drunkards, the verbally abusive, and swindlers will not inherit the kingdom of God.

This next one ATTACKS THE HOMOSEXUALS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS

Romans 1:26-29, 32

For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged the natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed in their passions for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. They are filled with every kind of unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice. They are rife with envy, murder, strife, deceit, hostility. They are gossips, Although they fully know God?s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but also approve of those who practice them.

1 Timothy 1:9-10

realizing that law is not intended for a righteous person, but for lawless and rebellious people, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, sexually immoral people, practicing homosexuals, kidnappers, liars, perjurers ? in fact, for any who live contrary to sound teaching

Oh, honey, this is bronze-age mythology that says that a God who is powerful enough to create the entire universe (including something as complex as biological life forms) is appeased by sacrificing animals.

The entire concept of this religion is so backward and superstitious as to be laughable. It's the 21st century. No one with any intelligence cares what an old book of fairy tales says about anything. Even "Christians" don't believe their own mythology, as they spend all their time judging others, and fighting to keep from feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, and caring for the sick.

I realize you think you are making some profound point here, but you haven't. So what is it exactly that you are trying to say? Your subject seems to be in conflict with the passages that you are citing.

Are you claiming that God loves LGBT people, or that he hates them? Does God love everyone, or does God hate fags? 

Atheists accuse me of being a brainwashed Christian; fundies accuse me of being an atheist!

Not that I should know but I do think that the OP has delved deep into what is the accepted translation accepted by a great many deluded including MANY americans in this instance. He is also telling us that GODS word is total. I have no problem with any deviant behaviour that gets your juices flowing other than criminal but then that depends on which state you are in in the USA. Bum shagging is ok in some but not in others. My only thought is always this. If you join a club with rules and then you find it does not suit leave or eff off indeed. How these with perversion are trying hard to make the rules change to suit tier own agenda. This is only to try and destroy. Do what all the others have done. MAKE UP YOUR OWN freakin religion. For myself I have never thought of a rectum as desirable and feel it is insulting to a high degree that anyone would think of their female partner that way let alone some smelly weirdo who has a great desire to have his fecal matter pushed backwards. It may of course fit but it does not seem fitting. Rectal penetration in the jail system is often a punishment. SO why would anyone visit this on someone loved and pretend to all an sundry that this is love.

OP is telling us the idea is wrong as headlined of the compatibility the L and G part. Transgender is something else and as a non religious person know that the GOD of the bible had no idea that might ever be a possibility. I cannot say how people living should feel but I really feel that GOD made commandments the first few being total acceptance of him and his rules if you want to be in this club. Getting GOD to change the future is thought to be possible by praying. That IS a really good one.
