I was watching part of the episode with the transsexual one

and apparently, they were people in the cast mocking that person. 

I don't agree w/it, but they're NOT there to be mocked. That's just both cruel & immature.

I also saw the beginning of the Juan Pablo episode from season 5, I think, it was on VH1 on OnDemand on Channel 1002 AFTER I saw part of the transsexual episode from this season.
The Juan Pablo episode started out rather funny because they showed a clip of Kathie Lee saying that Juan Pablo couldn't find anyone else he loved more than himself! LOL

Her name is Carmen Carrera, just for reference. She was on season three of RuPaul's Drag Race. She was very feminine even before, and was known for wearing very little on the runway.
