Actually, even as a drag queen, she never had to pad, except her chest of course, because she always had the figure of a woman. From what I can tell facially, she didn't do much or any work except have longer hair, either grew it or got extensions.

I've seen her as a drag queen and as a guy and while she was already feminine as a man, she has had obvious work done to feminize her face and her nose is smaller. Her breasts are obviously fake and so are the rest of her curves. I have seen selfies she took in boxers before she transitioned and she had absolutely no curves. Very skinny and straight.

I've seen multiple pictures from before and after her transition and from many angles as well and I believe she has had a nose job.
