Saints and Sinners

I don't know but in my mind it would mean this:

saints- something light, sweet, and airy

sinners- something rich and decadent

Both desserts imo.

I was thinking a light light meringue dessert for Saints and a savory, fatty, spicy, salty, smoky barbeque dish for sinners.

Yeah that's exactly what I think about for the saints part.
