shareDo you have a source for that? (I am not trying to call you a liar).
shareI didn't think you were calling me a liar, or trolling. People want proof when the shows they like are cancelled. No problem Dude.
It's because of the so many loud-mouthed blowhards on IMDb making false claims. Soon as they dislike a show, without giving it a decent chance, many times after just one episode, they start running their mouth about it.

Edit:
Here's another article confirming the cancel. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/10/family-tools-cancelled_n_3203 304.html
Unfortunately networks don't give new shows a chance like in years past. The numbers have to be good right away or they're history.
It took "All in the Family" 13 episodes to catch on... then became one of the best beloved sitcoms of its time.
Cancelling after two episodes is premature, especially when ABC shows so much other crap I wouldn't watch with someone else's eyes. I can do without ABC in future.

"I didn't say that. The camera must have misheard me!"
This is sad. People don't wanna give a chance to this show. I liked this show.
And ABC is stupid enough to cancel the show after just 2 weeks of airing. WTF?!
The problem with people, especially people online, is they are pessimistic. They don't have the attention span God gave a goose. They want instant results/gratification. But most of all they are pessimistic and cynical, and get more pleasure from complaining than taking the time to see characters develop. NBC is falling into that category as well. Jerry Seinfeld said himself in an interview, it took his show 4 or 5 years before it became a top-rated show. Season one was horrible IMO. But with time, gathering feedback, tweeking his show here and there, they finally hit it right!
shareThere truly is a show for everyone. This was a modest, harmless show. I quickly tired of the black guy's persona. The lead wasn't that interesting. It could have worked, or been re-worked. We watch a lot of these kinds of shows, and we were never drawn to this one much.
But what do I know - I can't stand anyone on New Girl...
I'm not surprised it was canceled, I thought it was awful. I am a little surprised that there are people who really liked it, but it just goes to show you that people have different tastes.
I do not have attention deficit disor...Ooh, look at the bunny!
