Anyone think the ages seem messed up on this show?

Like Leah Remini should be the guy's daughter, not sister, and the son's sister, not aunt. I dunno how her age actually compares to JK Simmons, but just how they look, that would be more logical. (Yeah, I know siblings can be 20 years apart or more, but it's a sitcom, keep it simple stupid)

Yeah, same here. Remini is much closer in age to her "nephew" Bornheimer (5 years) than her "brother" Simmons (15 years). Yeah, it happens, but it made it hard to keep track of the relationships between the characters; if it was done intentionally, they should have put in some references to the age differences. I think maybe Remini was supposed to be playing older than she really is, but it didn't work for me.

Now, let's talk about Johnny Pemberton. Yeah, he can pass for 15 and it's not uncommon for adults to play teen roles, but there's something about him that kind of creeps me out. Maybe it's because unlike the 90210 "kids" he really does look 15. His age seems to be a closely guarded secret, but I'd bet he's close to 30.

Too bad the show was a flop. I really like all three of the leads.
