This was in my Netflix queue for over a year, so glad I finally got around to watching it.

Question: what was he doing to the guy on the floor after the fight? He was using his powers to make the guy convulse after he was already unconscious.

He was healing him.

General Trius is The Most Badass warrior on Hondo, and he probably didn't mean to hurt the thug as much as he did. He was just doing a bit of repair work.
