Really like murder mysteries. Is this show in that vein of And Then There Were None, Scream, or Harper's Island?

Also, is everything wrapped up at the end?

Just saw the 'ending'.
And no it doesn't give closer, you get the feeling they are close at nailing the perp, but not more and it ends on a clifhanger.
Very sad, I like the show.
