I enjoyed the movie, but found the casual use of the word *beep* to characterize the gay men on board the plane offensive. Isn't that word derogatory in Spain? It is in the USA...

shareif it' used in a hateful way towards someone, then yes. but since the characters are gay and they're saying it to each other, i guess it's considered a term of endearment.

It did seem to be used in a derogatory way when Joserra starts weezing when the passengers are let in to the cockpit (just after the psychis scene witht he pilots) and the woman says to Joserra "breathe through your nose *beep*
