Really enjoyed this

I am actually pleasantly surprised about this movie. I didn't know what it'd be quite like, other then the fact I was definitely expecting something scarier, but that's only because this site recommended it to me while looking for horror films. Some of the scenes did creep me out a bit. But I feel like maybe this movie wasn't meant to be extremely scary, it seemed like it had a bigger message to send instead of mindless terror. I'm not saying this as a negative thing. Just not quite what I was expecting. Though I like watching a movie that makes me think a little, it was a nice change.

I'm really interested and like things about dreams and I also have been trying to lucid dream, not for the same reason as the woman in the film of course, but it was still kinda neat to see a good film about it. There are certain parts of the film that have happened to me..obviously not as extreme but it was weird seeing it.Anyway, really good movie. Will probably be watching again cause I'm sure I missed some stuff.

Though.. if anyone knows what ether is lemme know please. I feel like it might be another word for chloroform because of the way she used it but not I'm still not completely sure.

I like this movie, too. It has an interesting premise and haunting cinematography. To answer your question, diethyl ether is an anesthetic and can be used to induce sleep.

knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

As an ex-insomniac, I'm fascinated with sleep and dreamas (and even wrote a novel about it), and yes, I did experienced lucid dreams, though i never found any guide who'd help me explore this topic ! Good, trippy movies, even if it could have been more explicit on some points.

This movie was horrendous. I'm all for art films but this film was complete non-sensical garbage.
