It was huge but the decor had to be some of the best looking areas I've seen in this series that Ramsay had to save.
Even the restaurant's kitchen was so big and nicely built with lots of space.
Even that room where Ramsay was having the meeting with the family and staff about the issue was gorgeous.

It really was beautiful. I was thinking there must be some big reasons for them to fail considering how gorgeous the place was. I looked up their rates on their website, they were pretty expensive compared to a regular hotel.
