beachfront's owner lucked out despite Ramsay walking during the relaunch

I can't believe Ramsay walked ( not that the owner didn't deserved it ) but when the aftermath, Ramsay narrated the guy survived the lousy relaunch and he finally learned what Ramsay was trying to do with him is shocking while still staying in business.

The town and the mayor must really like the hotel
