IGN review

Today I watched IGN's review of the definitive edition. I was shocked. The punk who reviewed it said Sleeping Dogs has great story and great characters. What the *beep*? True Crime LA and True Crime NY had far better stories and characters. True Crime games were better in general. And yet, True Crime games received negative reviews.

Story of Sleeping Dogs is awful. Characters are one dimensional, unlikable, unrelatable and overly emotional. The reason I rated Sleeping Dogs 9/10 is for the gameplay and overall fun. If the story had been any good, I would have given it 10. I play Sleeping Dogs solely for the fun, but I dread the story.
