Donnie Darko ripoff?

I think it is do any of you agree?
That is the vibe I am getting.

Sees an imaginary rabbit is about all it has in common.

Then by that account you could say that DONNIE DARKO is a ripoff of the play HARVEY which was made into the film with Jimmy Stewart about a man who sees an imaginary bunny which talks to him. None of these movies have anything to do with each other besides the bunny.

I only read the synopsis two years ago when it was in pre development and it just seemed like Donnie Darko. Have to go back and watch. ?

This film is hardly a Donnie Darko rip-off they both don't even share any simmiltaires besides they both are good films and they have a rabbit in them.
Donnie Darko is my 2nd favorite film and is about time travel,human sacrifice & etc,
White Rabbit is a good film I watched it yesterday for the first time and I really liked it sure the plot has been done to death but I say it was a cool little character study.
