Seriously... its a detective spoof series, it's meant to be humorous. Now who looks like the idiot ;o)

I'm assuming it's also a play on "a touch of frost" which was a detective series on itv. with charlie brooker as writer i have high hopes :)

I have to agree. I thought it was one of the best British comedies in a while. It was intelligent yet stupid in context, dark yet light in tone and as for subtext it was a cornucopia of subtlety.
