Scarlett Johnson.

Although Panic Button was an awful film it's nice to see her getting some decent parts as I feel she's a very good actress who could go on to big things.

I agree. After her God-awful turn as Vicki Fowler you wouldn't have guessed there was a good actress in there somewhere.

With her long hair & real accent she's much prettier too.

Agreed!

Couldn't that just be put down to inexperience?

Yes, the popularity of Eastenders says a lot about British television; cheap programmes with little creativity, and shouting used in place of real drama and tension. It's not much better than reality TV in terms of quality, and reflects very badly on our population, which has kept it there for nearly 3 decades. :/

While Eastenders does nothing for its viewers, except drag them down, I think it does a great deal for its actors. I imagine that the intensive script-learning, and being on set every day for several years, is a terrific way to learn and improve the art. This is reflected by the numerous competent actors who have gone on to do better work.

I think Scarlett is one of those actors. I was particularly impressed by her speech at the party in Edinburgh, which I thought she delivered perfectly.

As an American, I don't really understand what the term pramface means. That aside, this actress is an absolute goddess. Her steely blue eyes and gorgeous face are absolutely breathtaking. This girl is going to be a huge star once Hollywood finds out about her.

"What?" - Don Draper

Pramface is a derogatory term for a young, usually teenage, mother.

"Why do you say this to me when you know I will kill you for it?"
