Glad they gave the "Bennett" character more to do in this movie. He was adorable!

In the first one, he was actually upset about his character being so corny. He mentioned "I read the script and I was like 'c'mon man, that's the line I have to say?" He said he wanted to go back with those guys cause that's his comedic style. And he was right, he is a beast on the comedy mic.

I haven't seen this yet, but I think making him corny made the point of the 1st movie. Everyone else is trying to be players and talk junk, but Gary Owen is the "corny" guy who's just happy being married to his wife without all the games. Everyone else thinks that's corny, until the end when he checks the whole group.
Amy: I swear to God...I swear to God! That is NOT how you treat your human!
he was funny BUT it was very unrealistic for him to be friends with the rest of those guys. Their personalities did not match at all.
