They always talk about projected profit. There is no profit until they fix the place up and then sell it.
I think they are trying to do one up on storage wars - houses instead of storage units. But it isn't believable.

I hate the "projected profits" bit. On storage wars or baggage battles they will get some thing appraised and the guy will say "...to the right collector this could be worth..." Of course if you find that one guy who wanted that one single pre-communist china stamp to finish his collection he would pay top dollar for it, but you will never find that guy.
