I really thought this movie could've been good. The story was actually pretty good but the poorly scripted actions of the lieutenant AND the God awful acting really pulled it down.

From worst actor to least offensive:

Lieutenant De Luca,

The mom,

The chubby, waste of flesh, blubbering, Homer Simpsonesque jail house deputy,

Every cop voice I heard over the CB radios

The acting was just appalling.
