For me it is a toss up between In Space and Lost Galaxy the only season i disliked was Samauri/Super Samauri

I'd say it's a three way tie between In Space, Time Force and RPM. Lost Galaxy gets a good ranking to I feel. Samurai and Megaforce are my least favourite by a considerable margin, I can't decide which is worse. Samurai for it's horrific acting and abysmal dialogue or Megaforce for it's equally poor writing or hollow story.

The acting is better, but that is about it for me. There is pretty much nothing happening story wise for 20 episodes, it all just feels like pointless filler.

Disney XD had to take them off, they no longer own the show so they have no choice. Kix now have RPM as well (will start showing it soon I think) so logically the next step would be to buy the rights to a saban season I presume. Not sure why the got all the disney's first, must be something to do with saban.
And no, I'm not upset at in space/time force being taken off. I don't watch power rangers on tv, I watch it online.

it is not that big of a deal that those seasons do not air on tv anymore,people can buy dvds or watch them online,i am guessing kit 22 might be a younger fan i myself i am 21.
