Just finished. Thoughts...

So. Something has been bouncing around in my head the last couple of days since watching the Legendary Battle.

It's the idea that, with the Reboot movie coming out in a couple of years, there is an opportunity here.

See, for myself, the episodes I have enjoyed the most have been the slightly darker, more dramatic ones. In the MMPR, we have the Green Ranger miniseries, where *beep* gets real.

I also think of Doomsday 1 & 2 from In Space.

After that, I lost track of the series for a while, so I'm sure there are other examples, but in watching the Megaforce seasons the episodes Earth Fights Back and Legendary Battle got me intrigued.

Basically, I guess I'm noticing a pattern...I get really into the episodes where the stakes are real, and when the Rangers have an actual, real, dramatic challenge to face. Also, it seems like monsters/aliens/whatever taking over the Earth would be more of a challenge than fighting a single monster every week.

I guess what I'm tryin to say is that, with the new movie, stay away from most of the cheesy and give me something juicy. Something with stakes. Something that I can sink my teeth into, figuratively speaking (Or literally, if i can get my hands on the actress who plays Gia. Hot damn.)

Well. I rambled. Not sure if I made sense. If anyone can find a more eloquent way of putting to word what I'm trying to convey, I'd appreciate it.

They are. I think you're referring to Countdown to Destruction OP.

Watching your vicious bastard die gave me more relief than a thousand lying whores

Ah. Correct you are. Countdown to Destruction.

Though if i'm not mistaken (which I very well may be considering THIS mistake. :) ), Doomsday is another example of my same point. lol

Who would have thought that trap door would lead me out here?
