Looking for something to do tonight with some friends. Love to be scared. Will this do the trick?
shareAbsolutely not. It is not a horror movie...it actually comes across as a comedy because of how bad and not scary it is. People were actually laughing at the end because it was so stupid.

The movie is not so much scary as it is creepy, but I loved the fact that it was scary in an refreshing old-school way, and that it didn't have all this CGI and gore---it was just a good old fashioned horror flick. It does have some genuinely jump scare parts,though, and the acting was top-notch, especially by Jared Harris as the professor running they experiment. Really liked it,though.
